Alice jumped eagerly from the truck and took off running to the trailer, which she quickly opened and was greeted by a nicker from her horse, Macaine. "Hey, Buddy," She said, pulling him from the trailer and tying him on the side, where she could take off his shipping boots. She tossed them in the bed of the truck and when she turned back, her father was eying her sternly. "Alice. Wait until we know where to put him to bring him out. PLEASE!" "Fine," she growled, pulling out some hay and water for him. She placed his bucket on the ground, poured a bottle of water in it, then left him to go figure out the next move. Alice and Chris walked inside the barn and were greeted by the smell of hay and leather, and the sound of people interacting with their horses. The petite girl looked for someone who looked like a authority or owner figure...

Alice lifted her head from the spot she was looking at on the floor and looked to the girl who was running toward her. "Hey there," The girl shouted in greeting. "Hi! " Alice replied, flipping her dark hair out of her eyes so she could see better.
(And, Trophyhorse, I'm sorry! I was just writing it up on here, and then I had to leave.. So, I pressed submit. :/ My bad!)

Jack Manning Jack walked into the stables to find a new girl looking excited. The air was humid so he had thrown off his shirt and left it by a stall. His prominent muscules showed under a shine of sweat. "Hey." His voice was smooth and sweet as he walked towards Alice. "I am Jack Manning." His crystal blue eyes held his as he flashed a white smile.

"Hey," Came yet another welcoming voice. Alice turned and her jaw dropped to the ground. The boy that was behind her was cute. Like, really cute. Their eyes met, light blue on dark, and when Alice tried to break their gaze, she found that she simply... couldn't. "I'm Jack Manning," He finished with a dazzling smile. "Uh.. Hi, Jack." The girl replied with a little smile. "I'm Alice." She sighed, as she finally could break their gaze, and she shook her hair back into her face to hide her blushing. "Um, my horse. Where do I put him..?" She continued, feeling really stupid.

"Thank you. Let me run out and grab him and I'll be right back!!" she replied. With a quick goodbye wave at Jack, Alice retreated from the stables and to the truck. Her Dad was outside, petting Macaines sleek neck. "Where do I need to bring your stuff, Alz? I would LOVE not to have to drive home in the dark." He said. The petite blackheaded girl hurried to untie her beloved gelding. "Dunno, Dad. I'll ask," She said with a shrug as she rushed back into the barn, horse in hand. Tilly was right where Alice left her. "Okay, ready." Alice huffed, smiling.
