Carson walked along the grounds, she wanted to get Liz and Sultan out but didn't feel like riding at the moment. She hadn't met a single soul yet, but didn't care about that. She felt better off alone, she put her hands down near the camera that was slung around her neck. Her adopted mother had bought it for her, she had picked it up right before she left to the riding school. Carson had taken a few classes, but she didn't really need them, she was a natural from the start, like a photographic prodigy. She had taken a few classes, and then they had basically said, your paying for nothing, your a natural. She had sat down, listening to her adopted mother, Caren, talk and talk about photography and other things. She brought up the fact that Carson's biological mother had been actually been an photographer, professional and she was paid for such things. Carson herself had actually stumbled across a photo or two of her mothers. She sighed, then finally got to Sultan and Liz's stalls, a serious expression was plastered on her face. But slowly it broke, a small smile for the two equines that she was now leading.
She held the lead ropes loosely, both horses trained off voice commands and to not run off without Carson's command. She approached the Recovery Meadow, and watched both the horses with a observation as if she was inspecting them for the first time, even though she had known them for years. She was comparing them, first looking at Liz she watched everything about her. She inspected the mare's light palomino coat, the muscles underneath showing, even though she looked dainty. The small blaze, and soft, submissive look to the mare. Then she turned her gaze to the stallion. Powerful, proud, serious. Expressed everything about him. He was large, larger than Liz, with powerful muscles and a nice stature. He was a bred show horse, perfectly designed for the english she did with him. She blinked her blue eyes, they were so different from each other. Carson turned, opened the gate and unclipped their leads. She watched the creatures take a step but look at her Vous pouvez aller. She said, powerful, commanding. The horses both took off at a slow pace, and went around the meadow, side by side. It was only Liz who made it side by side, she wasn't confident enough to leave Sultan's side. She decided to wait for them, going towards the fence, she pushed herself up. Then, swinging her leg over the fence, she pushed her other leg over, and sat on the top of the fence, her legs facing the inside of the meadow. She sat with perfect balance, and raised her camera to her eye. Snapping a few clear pictures, she watched them. She watched the sun beaming off the two horses, and continued to take pictures, not moving from her place.

Uriah sighed as he moved down the paths through the trees of the paddock, his big mare sighed and continued to carry him though the lot of trees here. Uriah had just gotten there a few days before and Roulette hadn't been inside yet, he had insisted she be turned out for at least a week first. Roulette needed time to adjust to her new home and she had never been stalled at any of their old homes and so he wanted her to settle in before stalling her anytime soon. As the giant cream mare weaved her way through the tree, Uriah felt completely at home and safe on her back. Even bare back with no halter he knew she would listen to anything he said to her. As they neared the edge of the trees he smiled and clucked a little bit and lightly touched the mares sides. Roulette snorted and burst into a lope across the pasture, she had lost her winter coat and was looking as slick and shiny as any other horse. Her tail for once wasn't filled with dreadlocks and flowed freely behind her. Uriah moved flawlessly with he huge mare, his back straight, his arms balanced as if holding a pair of reins. As they went across the field he asked her to speed up to a gallop, which wasn't that fast for the big ol' mare that rarely even cantered of her own free will, but she did it anyway and lengthened out her stride. As they raced along the field he just sat there and let her run wherever she wished. As they ran her ears kept going forward and then back to listen to him a moment before pricking them forward again. Finally after they had picked up some speed he sat back asking her for a stop, he knew she wouldn't slid to a stop like the reining horses he used to ride but she still went from a gallop to a trot to a walk. He smiled and leaned down patting her neck and just laid on her neck with a smile. It was about then that he noticed someone else was at the pasture, but it hadn't surprised him much, the field was huge it wouldn't have been hard for him not to have noticed when he was so wrapped up in what he had been doing with Roulette.
