I walked into the office of Willow Springs, it was nice, there were photos all over the walls some of jumping, others of what I guessed were rescue horses with their riders, some of running horses, its looks like a beautiful here, I thought, this will be the perfect place for Sorrow to stay for his retirement, I thought, I walked up to the counter, and rang the bell, "hello anyone there?" I asked, I had just gotten off the plane, and wanted to get Sorrow and Flame settled in, as quickly as possable. While I waited I found a magazine and sat in a naerby chair, it was the only thing I could think of to keep myself still, I started to think of what I would do after I got the horses settled in, maybe ride over and vist with T for a while see if I could find out school Kayla had gone to, I had forgoten to ask to find T when I had last seen her.

He was tired. Joshua had just gotton an earful from his dad over the phone about the horendus job he had done of cleaning the stalls before the couple that wanted to buy the farm went to look at it. He thought he did a fine job. But no. Apperently "the flax wasn't spread out evenly enough". He sighed and ran his fingers through his inky black hair with one hand. Keeping the other firmly on the steering wheel of of his old black jeep. He could hear risky snorting impatiently in the trailer behind him.
It felt like forever before he found two open parking spaces to fit the jeep and the trailer into. He stopped the engine and got out of the car impatiently, slamming the door behind him. He locked the doors quickly and sprinted around to see Risky. Once Genuine Risk realised he was there he turned around and blew at him affectionately. 'Hey boy...',he murmered. He gave the anglo arab one last fleeting glance and walked away. He swung his arms and whisteled as he walked down the path to the front office.
Urgh, registration. Was there anything more boring? Well, maybe riding a fat, stubborn little pony. But otherwise no. He was just glad he was finally going to be able to live on his own. His dad wouldn't let him leave. He insisted that after he had finished all of his courses he needed him to stay and help. Hmph, he always thought college was over rated anyway. A year or so and he would be a qualified horse riding instructor. He hoped to own his own farm one day. Or at least to make a living braking in horses.
His hand grasped the smooth metal of the doors handle. He pulled it and the door swung open. He strode in with his graceful lope and looked around. It was a nice front office at least. He walked up to the desk and rung the golden bell. It was a very loud noise after the quiet car drive. He leaned on the desk and looked around again. He noticed somebody sitting on one of the couches. He nodded at him. Might as well make a few acquaintances...

Marak was flipping though a horse magazine he'd found and was looking over a few arcticles about how to work with underwight horses, then he tossed the magazine back to the table hopping to find something else to read, since he new just every thing about rescue horses, he grew up on one, that's where his horse came from. he decided to listen to some music while he waited and fished his iPod out of his pocket, and found a song he felt like listing to, then he fished threw the magazines again and when he looked he saw some one else walking into the office, he quickly pulled his head phones off and looked at the other person who just walked into the office, he shruged he didn't really care what anybody looked like, "hello, you just get here?" he asked.

Josh starred around the office in a casual manner. He was patient. One of the best things about him. He didn't really expect much of a response from the guy sitting onthe couch. He watched him flipping through a magazine and then discarded it with an expression on his face that said "been there done that." He chuckled under his breath. Confident was he? He pulled his headphones out after a minute, obviously realizing somebody was there.
He listened to his voice. It was very different to his unintentionally quiet seductive tones. But it was pleasant enough all the same. He smiled warmly. It was so easy for him to smile. It was a lopsided boyish grin that usually gave girls weak knees. It had quite a similar effect with guys. No not in that "OMG he's SO HOT" kind of way, it just seemed to make them like him.
'Yeah. I'm gonna be boarding here for a while with my arab Genuine Risk. What about you? How long have you been here?' He suspected he had only just got here like himself. It didn't bother him. They were just the first words that came out of his mouth and they seemed innocent enough. Just a topic.
He strode towards the couches and settled himself in a armchair across from the couch the guy was sitting on. A friend. Yeah, why not? It would be good to have a few solid relationships. 'Oh and I'm Joshua. Joshua Evans. Just call me Josh though', he said casually. It was easy for him to talk to people once he started, even though he was generally quiet.

Marak returned the smile he didn't mind talking today he was in a rather good mood, "I am gonna be boarding my two horses With Sorrow Comes Happiness and Jumping The Flames, I just got here not very long ago," he said in his light hearted and carefree tone, he watched Josh move to a chair and sit down, "I'm Marak Llewllyn, but you can call me Marak," he said, reaching into his pocket fishing for his cell, he thought he haerd it going off, when he finally found it, he looked to see who the text was from, it read.
Trish: U got to the stable yet? it was the 5th or 6th text he had gotten from her today.
He looked over, "oh sorry it was my sister, she is trying to bug me today" he said, T was starting to get on his nervs today.

Josh sat leaning his on his elbown which rested lightly on his knees. It was nice to just talk to somebody for a change, instead of just trying to blend. Well, there was nobody else there. Nothing else to do. This guy seemed friendly enough. He glanced at his wrist watch. Two thirty seven. Okay, he was still on time. Not that he reall had much to do besides find Riskys stall, groom him, feed him, exercise him, clean out his stall... Yeah, his agenda was as good as empty. He chuckled and shook his head at himself. He loved spending time with his horse.
He listened again to the guys, that he now knew as Maraks, smooth calm voice. He watched him take out his vibrating phone. He didn't exactly have that many friends, so there was a vry slim chance that there little chat was going to be interupted by a phone call or text on his part. He put the phone away quickly after taking it out. He spoke again. 'Naw, it's okay. I don't have a sister... Or any siblings... So I can't say I know your pain, dude.'
He chuckled again. He glanced at the desk again. Dang, wasn't there anybody there? He got up and walked over to the desk again, starring into space. He couldn't concentrate on anything... 'It's cool you have two horses. But Risky's such a handfull I don't think I could manage another.' He turned around and leaned his back against the cool wood.
ooc-blah... No muse...

Marak slipped his phone back into his pocket, Marak gave a small silent laugh, yeah that's what his sister was a pain, "yeah and I have four sidling counting her," he said, and watched as Josh walked back to counter, he watched him he must not be a very patience person, he nods "yeah Sorrow is a good with mostly no bad habits, but Flame that horse is just about crazy, of all the TBs my family trained and raised not one was as crazy as that paint colt out there," he said referring to the truck parked close to the stable, he had picked up Flame right after Sorrow started to go lame, and Flame was 2 at the time now he is 3 and is as loony as anything could be, "and I am not kidding that horse loves to bit people, buck at them and charge them, I have only manged to ride him once, and have him behave for a about a minute," he said, he had even thought about getting rid of the colt but then decided to keep him, he had seen his dad deal with horse 10 times worse then Flame.

CELESTE "All righty girl I'll come see you later." She patted the brindle mare on the nose and started heading for for the office. Her black paddock boots clicking on the cement floor. Her blonde hair fell in waves over her face as she glanced down at her watch, she needed to get to her office other wise she would be late.... again. She turned the silver doorknob and whirred into her mess of and office, the only things that seemed to stay semi clean were the walls. And even then they were cluttered with pictures and posters. She looked at the two boys in the office, gosh one was cute... 'sad' she thought 'he's way too young for me...' she hadn't had a boy friend in ages, such were the consequences of running a stable. At least she had Rose, what would she do with out that mare. "I hope I haven't kept you waiting too long. I always lose track of time." She strode over to the office and began rummaging through draws, where had those keys gone? Her mom had always said she needed to get more organized, when she and her dad had run this place years ago the office had been perfectly spotless. That was before dad died, that was before mom sold the horses, before Celeste ran away. Now she was back ten years after her mom too had died, back from her Olympic career. And just relaxing, sort of. This place was nothing close to relaxing, lessons after lessons, stalls to muck and the most troublesome of all, when she needed to meet with new boarders to give them their info. She almost never, made it on time.

Marak looked at the door to see who had entered the office, an women who guessed was the owner of the stable, "no problem, I haven't been here to long anyway," he said in his friendly tone, he had wanted to get out as soon as passable, but didn't want to seem rude or anything, "oh and I'm Marak Llewellyn, I am boarding my two horses, Jumping The Flames and With Sorrow Comes Happiness, and would like to know where they will be staying?" he asked, he knew Flame would be acting up being stuck in the trailer this long.

"yes of course, you can take any stall that isn't occupied." she smiled "And will you be staying on premisis?" she started rooting through drawrs looking for a key in the mess of papers pens, ketchup and coughdrops. Gosh she really needed to higher a secretary...

MARAK
"thanks, and yes I will staying here," he said, he hopped that crazy 3 year old of his was doing fine in the trailer, Flame had a habit of jumping out of tailer but not just that also throwing a few bucks once he was out, so he always had let him out on a lunge line, and he waited to get his key before, turning and leaving the office.
