I opened the door of the office and stepped inside. It was warmer in here than it was out in the cold air. I smiled thankfully and walked up to the desk, looking around at the many pictures decorating the inside of the office. It already had a homey feeling, not empty and cold like so many of the other stables I'd visited. My parents were going away on a vacation; holidaying around the world, so I needed to find somewhere to stay. I could easily have found an apartment or something to rent in the city, but I wanted to stay close to my big, beautiful stallion. As I waited for someone to come into the office, I gazed back over my shoulder. Bingo, my Gypsy Vanner, was tied to the trailer. Of course, the only thing he was interested in was picking at the sparse clumps of grass that he could reach. I smiled to myself. Bingo was my best friend, and I knew I would be happier living at a stable where he was boarded, rather than being separated from him. I turned back to the desk, and hoped that his new home -and mine hopefully- would be this place.

Celeste
A blonde woman walked into the office her blue eyes sparkling from her ride with Roses Perfection, she was dressed in riding clothes, and looked a little bit dishelved after jumping with her mare who really hadn't been worked with too much in the past couple weeks. Time for paper work, again, bills acctually she needed to pay the shavings guy and the feed guy, and the farrier. Who were all coming today, and appantly a suprise girl. Well of course all new boarders and students tended to be a suprise to her. "Hi, I'm Celeste Johnson I own and run Willow Springs." she glanced outside at the pinto gypsy vanner "And you must be a new boarder."

I smiled at the woman. She looked like she'd just been for a ride, and I couldn't blame her. It was perfect weather, even though it was a bit cold. "Hi, I'm Grace Farley," I introduced myself. I immediately liked Celeste. All of the other stable owners I'd met with had either snapped at me for not making an appointment, or made up some excuse about being busy and turned me away."Yeah, I was hoping that I'd be able to board my horse here, while my parents are travelling," I told her.

Celeste
She flashed out a warm smile although her thoughts were unorganised as usual. "Will you be taking an apartment here?"
(I am posting for Tonka since her internet is dead ^^)

(haha okay.) I nodded, and went with my previous thought. This stable was so much nicer than all the others I'd looked at. "Yes please," I told her. I wanted to stay with Bingo, and it was starting to look like I'd finally come across some good luck.

"Thanks!!" I smiled at her. It looked like Bingo and I finally had a new home. I looked out the window again and saw him, still attempting to pick out the grass. I wondered how Bingo would get along with the other horses. He was fine with mares, as long as he wasn't turned out with them, but sometimes he got grumpy at geldings. As far as I knew, he'd never met another stallion, but there was no way I'd let him get chummy with one. I looked back at Celeste. Most barn owners I'd met had said either Bingo couldn't stay unless he was gelded, or he had to stay as far away from their school mares as possible. "Is there a certain stall you want me to put Bingo in?" I asked her.
(Bahahaha fair enough =P )

(Just pick one that isn't taken in the list... I think there is a list ) She smiled, "You can pick an empty one!"

(haha yupp okay =] )
I grinned. "Cool!" I decided I would still try to find a stall that was a bit isolated, just incase Bingo got annoyed as he was settling in. "Thanks!" I said to Celeste. "Do I need to fill in any paperwork, or can I go settle Bingo in?" I asked her. I was trying to be polite, but I was always impatient, no matter what situation I was in. I was anxious to get Bingo settled into the barn, and then to find my apartment and settle myself in.

"Thank you!" I grinned. I just barely stopped myself from hugging Celeste, it probably would freak her out. "I really, really appreciate this!" I said. I turned around and dashed out of the office, catching the door just before it slammed itself shut.
